Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tennessee Saddlery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. Note: for non-damaged products, there is a $50 re-stocking fee, which is about 10% of most of our products. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. This fee generally covers PayPal’s fee (as of October 1, 2019 PayPal does not refund the 3% charge on returned items); a new box $5; handling fees associated with carriers not charged in shipping ($10), and our own handling fees. So, most of the re-handling fee are hard expenses we don’t want to pass on to other customers with increased price.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn’t used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase (we will have this if you purchased through us)

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Tennessee Saddlery.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. If its the carriers fault (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS, we can file the claim).
