Returns and Refunds
Clearance items are not refundable nor returnable. Clearance items are leather saddles less than $450 and accessories less than $50.
Thank you for shopping at Tennessee Saddlery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product for incorrect or non-fitting saddles. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund minus shipping expenses and a small restocking fee. Note: for defective products or products damaged in transit, please contact is immediately.To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was received in the last 7 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
